Glitter Tipped French Manicure

French Manicure with glitter tips

I have a couple of things to report. One… my white nail polish started getting low. It never fails that when my nail polish reaches a certain point it starts to get gloopy and unusable. It’s sooo frustrating to apply nail polish that drys faster than you can apply it. Some people have told me to add nail polish remover to it but this does not work. So I did a little digging online and found that there is actually a product called nail polish thinner. You should be able to find some at your local beauty supply store. Just add a few drops to your glue-like nail polish and it’s like new again! I’m not sure how I managed to live without this stuff for so long. When nail polish is expensive as it is, it’s not practical to throw away the last of your nail polish because of the consistency. This is the perfect solution and highly recommended by me 🙂

Also on the topic of white nail polish. I decided to get a new bottle because Orly was having a buy one get one sale and I ended up with what you see in the photo… and that was after 3 coats. When it comes to white, I guess looks can be deceiving because this is not at all what I was expecting. So I will probably have to make another trip and pick up a white nail polish that is actually white… live and learn 😉
